We all know that life can be chaotic and often overwhelming. This week we’ve created a list of 25 things you can do in up to ten minutes that can have a positive impact on your daily life.
- Make your bed
- Take a walk around your neighborhood
- Send a thank you note or kind text to a loved one
- Read a section or chapter of an inspiring book
- Stretch for 5 to 10 minutes
- Write in a gratitude journal
- Plan your next day’s outfit the night before
- Clean the inside of your car
- Put a treat on your grocery list (rather than just buying one when you get there)
- Reorganize some of the décor in your house
- Take a different route to get somewhere you regularly go
- Sit outside for 5 to 10 minutes with no distractions (including your phone)
- Drink more water
- Help a random stranger who needs help
